Here. That's the prompt. Five minutes writing about here. All I can think of is here I am! Here I am, world! Look out!


I was a singer/actor/dancer by trade. Now I'm a mom of five with adoption and parenting and schooling written all over me. 23 years as a mom. 12 years as an adoptive mom to three. 18 years as a homeschooler. 25 years as a wife.


And here I am. Embarking on something new. For me. Discovering anew at age 50 that there is more life to be led. Many years of loving and growing and changing and renewing. 


Committing to blogging and connecting and learning. Boy, am I learning! Realizing that I have something to say and someone, somewhere needs to hear it. 50 years has brought me to here. The place where wounded hearts mend and break again. The woman God has designed me to be. New heights, new depths, new moments to be lived and cherished and lived again. 


I am here. And I like it!
