Mother's Day/Spring Tablescape

For Mother's Day my husband made me this centerpiece box out of old fence slats. (Yeah, I know. I'm not his mother but I like the gift anyway!)
We ate outdoors and enjoyed using gifts from nature for the tablescape.

The blue vases and bottles came from our daughter's wedding centerpieces (all from yard sales, thrift stores or given to us).

Flowers from our bushes

and leaves completed the arrangement.

Such a lovely outdoor celebration!

  2. I am partial to the color blue so your vases caught my eye immediately. Also, it was a pleasure to see your lovely family in your heading and read your bio. Your centerpiece is lovely. Hope you are having a great beginning to summer!
