I am a biological and adoptive mom to five children ranging in age from 13 to 23 and wife to a great husband of 25 years. My life revolves around family, homeschooling, frugal living and learning to enjoy everyday as a gift from God. I want to be transparent in both the trials and blessings, not for my glory by God's. My heart's desire is to encourage other women to serve faithfully in their homes, loving their husbands and children, cherishing and recording the journey no matter the challenges.

I bought that devotional Jesus Calling today---AMAZING!!!!--I can't stop reading it looove looove it I am trying to stop and save each page for that day I am so not disciplined!--I think I am going to go back and buy more for my sisters and one of my friends.
I miss you Marty--love love love your posts--which reminds me --I am a terrible slacker!--I know I know I have to get some pics up for you to see my littles! :)
This past week has been all about my husband --he travels a lot but this week he has been home and I have been spending all the time I can with him --I will have to do a post on him sometime-- he is my rock, best friend he loves me and always always listens to me and lets me be me and still loves me! Crazy! and puts up with me --I think he deserves a medal! But seriously he is my honey and I was so happy to have him home :)
I hope all is well with you and your family! It has been so warm here and I hope it is there too--the kids are ready for spring we are ready to be outside! Thinking of you and your family (((HUGS)))))) i hope you guys have a great weekend!!!!
We are having a fun Super Bowl party with my family and the kids are so excited----Promise this slacker blogger will try to get pics up!
