One week from today my daughter will be walking down the aisle to marry her love.
There is so much to do to get to that point!
Baking dozens of cookies and decorating other treats.
Fluffing more than 100 pompoms much like these for the church and reception.
Ironing the table covers, washing all the glassware, buying and cutting fruit for kabobs. Transporting everything to the Alumni House, decorating and instructing helpers.
Preparing parking and direction signs, buying balloons, thawing punch.
Pedicures and manicures.
Getting our hair done.
Sleeping? I doubt it.
Experiencing Loss? Always a part of it.
Rejoicing? Absolutely!
Trusting God for good weather, special friends and family to join us and a joyous celebration.

My sister's wedding is today! Hers sounds much more casual and low key than your daugthters, but still so much to do! We will be a team of busy bees today (and were yesterday, too).
