I am a biological and adoptive mom to five children ranging in age from 13 to 23 and wife to a great husband of 25 years. My life revolves around family, homeschooling, frugal living and learning to enjoy everyday as a gift from God. I want to be transparent in both the trials and blessings, not for my glory by God's. My heart's desire is to encourage other women to serve faithfully in their homes, loving their husbands and children, cherishing and recording the journey no matter the challenges.

Surrender
I am truly having trouble surrendering those things I hold most precious:
my children
my home
my calling
my future
my life
Surrender to God. The ultimate test. Uttermost fulfillment.
I am beaten down and broken ... and there is nothing left to do but continue to surrender EVERYTHING to the Lord.
My hopes ... my plans ... my dreams ... my relationships ... EVERYTHING is His. There is NOTHING more that I can do to restore all of the brokenness in my life. Nothing. Only He can heal the pain ... only He can restore the relationships ... only He can bring healing to my Little Miss RAD.
