Early Christmas Fun: The Village

Here's the Walden family in all its glory. Setting up the Christmas village. The bane of my family's existence. It's my village but it is a family project that has passed from the oldest to the youngest. Tim started the OCDing over where every house and light and person is placed. It all has to be in perspective. Well thought out and planned. Hence, the diagram below.

When Rachel got old enough to be in charge the role fell to her, then to Joshua and this year back to the whole family unit (minus son-in-law Donny). We even had an extra helper, my great nephew Will.

You can be a fly on the wall and watch some of our shenanigans (after the pictures below). Just a normal family. (And yes, I did tell them, "all joy snatchers will be dismissed!")
