This week's deal came amidst weeks of searching for shoes for Rachel's wedding in Oct. I ordered a pair online at Target and loved them when I got them but they were a little too loose. I have had the worst time trying to return them. I hope all online purchases aren't that difficult.
I seriously had looked at tons of online stores and IRL stores. I wanted to spend no more then $30. I know. I know. That's a slim budget for wedding shoes but I was convinced I could do it! On Kohl's clearance shelves I found these hot pink ones for me ($54.99 reg. price, $21.99 on sale) and these silver ones for S ($49.99 reg. price, $9.99 on sale). Plus I had a $10 off $30 purchase so the total came to $23.46 for both pairs! Score!
(The only problem: These still slide up and down on the back of my heel. I don't need a smaller size and I'm not sure what kind of shoe pad would help. Double stick tape, maybe? Any suggestions? I love, love, love these shoes so help me, please!)
Don't have any advice, but I LOVE the shoes too! :-)
ReplyDeleteI had to/got to wear nice shoes to my niece's wedding and I put Dr. Scholl's gel-like pads in the back. But I'm not sure they would help unless they were a pretty close fit already. Mine were mostly sharp and threatening to cut up my heels :-)
ReplyDeleteThey are made for heels and were about $5 at Walgreen's. Great job on the shopping!!
